MORE NOTES

January 5: With the release of the Pool 2 On-Ramp Modification, some dramatic changes are put in place. A much larger list of NAICS codes are available for the selection of Relevant Experience Primary Projects. Also, the requirements for the Relevant Experience Secondary Projects were changed. These changes result in a longer list of qualified competitors and potential changes to points awarded.
July 24: Program Manager and other members of the OASIS Leadership Team transferred to FEDSIM. Points of Contact for OASIS are: Alexandra Rouse, Professional Services Program Executive; Sheila Morrison, Contracting Operations Division Director (OASIS); Clint McCoy, OASIS CPRM Systems Program Manager; Shaun Hankton, OASIS SB Contracting Officer; Robin Tice, OASIS Contracting Officer; and Debra Drake, PSHC Category, Industry Relations Manager
October 18: Odyssey Systems Consulting Group LTD leads small businesses with $220 Million in obligated sales followed by Colsa. On the government side, not surprisingly, the Air Force leads Federal Agencies with over $2 Billion in obligated sales in both SB and Unrestricted followed by the Department of Defense and the Army.
